DFDS Graduate Program
Do you have eyes set on the horizon? Big ambitions and the drive to go further? Are you ready to set sail towards the next step in your career?
We’re on the lookout for sharp, highly motivated graduates to join the DFDS Graduate Program.
The program is a two-year fast track for recent graduates looking to jump-start their careers in the world of shipping and logistics.
DFDS Graduate Program aims to support DFDS’s overall strategy by building a solid pipeline of early career, high potential, skilled and cross-organizational employees within finance and shipping tracks today.
Designed to enhance your professional toolbox and provide insight into your career path, the program is divided into three eight-month rotations. The program will take you on an exciting yet challenging journey, placing you within diverse and talented teams that will push you to expand your competencies in various areas of your track/division. Your rotations will be selected to give you an as much holistic view of your division as possible.
The Program Rotations
Rotations 1 and 3 are in our HQ, while you will pack your bags and go on an adventure in rotation 2, working at one of our offices abroad.
After your two-year journey, you will have gained a well-rounded understanding of and valuable skills within your division in DFDS.

What we’re looking for

Has completed a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree no more than a year prior to the start of the Graduate Program
Has delivered solid academic results
Has relevant work experience from a student job or internship
Has outstanding analytical skills
Values great collaboration, teamwork and is passionate about making an impact
Is highly curious to learn and want to take part in a professional and individual development journey
