DFDS is considering the issue of a senior unsecured bond in the Norwegian bond market with a five-year maturity
DFDS A/S is contemplating the issue of a senior unsecured bond in the Norwegian bond market with a 5-year maturity.
The net proceeds from the contemplated bond issue are intended for general corporate purposes.
Nordea Markets and SEB are engaged as joint lead managers of the bond issue.
