Get around Copenhagen
It can be difficult to plan your stay in Copenhagen to the fullest, as there is a lot to see and do. However, we hope we can help you with the task.
In the old working class district, Vesterbro , you will find hip cafés, designer shops, as well as the iconic Carlsberg brewery with its beautiful architecture. Vesterbro also houses Copenhagen's own meat-packing district, which has now become a trend-site for new food markets, informal eateries and modern bars.
In the areas around Nørrebro , the old is combined with the new, known, dear Danish traditions with a number of international cultures. Here you can expect the unexpected. Nørrebro offers artistic and multicultural street art, beautiful lakes, cool bars, and the historic Assistens cemetery.

Many of the city's most popular attractions are in the city center such as Tivoli Gardens, Amalienborg Castle, the home of the Danish Queen, the old river port, Nyhavn, Strøget and much more.
Near the center you will find the Christianshavn district , which consists of old, narrow canals. Here you'll also find the free city of Christiania, near the contrasting Islands Brygge with modern buildings, Copenhagen harbor bath and much more.
