Skiing in Skeikampen
The incomparable opportunity to combine alpine sports and skiing or simply enjoy the snow with a family on a hike and sleigh ride are Skeikampens big plus. The Skeikampen Alpinzentrum reaches a height of up to 800 meters and offers its visitors best snow conditions in good weather, from the winter months into May. The green (3), blue (5), red (6) and black (3) runs stretch up to 21km and are suitable for alpine and snowboarding. Among the ten lifts is the 8-seater express lift, which transports alpine tourists to the summit in just 4 minutes. On two or three days of the week you can even ski on well-lit slopes.

Child-friendly skiing
The ski area is especially suitable for children. There is a huge "play country" with shallow and wide runs and children's carpet lifts. At fun figures, the children learn to avoid obstacles and children under 8 years can use the lifts free of charge. Skeikampen also has an excellent reputation in Norway for its cross-country trails. On more than 600km of trails you can do some sports, while you enjoy the attractive view alternately on high mountains and forest area. Even off the slopes, the region offers a lot: here you can go on horse and dog sledging, book a snowmobile, bobsleigh and much more.
