A meeting with an unclear purpose does not lead to anything constructive. Get to know your type of meeting and use it to more easily find the purpose of the meeting.

An effective brainstorm is not about being fast. Feel free to break the task down into smaller chunks and start the process with two minutes of silence, where each participant writes down ideas.
