Baltic countries offer unique gastronomical delights during Christmas. Taste 'piparkūkas' gingerbread cookies in Latvia or 'kūčiukai' small pastries in Lithuania. In Vilnius, Lithuania, don't miss out on trying 'cepelinai” which is a traditional meal not only on Christmas time, it’s a potato dumpling withmeat, very much filling the stomach for the day.
