Ronneby Brunnspark
Water therapy in Sweden
Ronneby Brunnspark is an idyllic oasis surrounded by nature, just 33 kilometres from Karlshamn. The history of this park began 300 years ago, when the locals discovered the healing power of the water that flows here. By the end of the 19th century, Ronneby Brunnspark was known as one of the most famous spa resorts in Europe and in 2005, it was voted the most beautiful park in Sweden.
The spa complex
The spa complex with water parks is suitable for visitors of different age groups. Here, there is plenty of water entertainment not only inside the complex, but also outdoors in the open air. There is a hotel next to the complex, so visitors who decide to visit the park can make the most of their holiday. More information available here.
What to do in the area
Around the area, you will find many interesting things to do. Rhododendron hill, rose gardens, a Japanese-inspired garden with tea rooms built by the Jen Buddhist tradition, hundred-year-old wooden villas and sculptures situated in Ronneby Brunnspark all help to create an enchanting harmony of nature. You can visit the park all year round but April seems to be a very special time to visit as that is when rhododendrons break out in all colours.
